We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form on the "Get in touch" page. Your data is processed solely to respond to your requests · collaborations, distribution, booking, licensing or general inquiries. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the contact form and accept this Privacy Policy.

Contact form data is kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the last interaction with you. After this period, your data is either deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Third Parties & Subprocessors
Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) which acts as our subprocessor. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
